The foundation of university-industry cooperation is that universities develop their relations with industrial companies in an institutional way and create joint cooperation platforms with industry. TTO provides consultancy services to the industry on issues such as determining the industry's expectations from the University and initiating the necessary initiatives to meet these expectations, matching projects suitable for the industry's needs.

-To ensure matching of suitable academicians and/or researchers who can contribute to the projects of the industrialists,
-To ensure that industrialists are matched with appropriate mentors on the technical and/or administrative issues they need,
-Providing project management services to entrepreneurs and industrialists upon request,
- Providing, applying, commercializing the scientific studies of academicians to the service of the needed sectors,
-To create an industry needs analysis in line with the information obtained during regular industrialist visits in order to identify the problems of the industrialists.
